First off... there's a few things that dictates what is needed in a set up. Are you over 50+ miles away from your transmitters? Are you wanting to connect multiple TV sets to the same antenna system. What Are My Deep Fringe Reception Limits With The Right Antenna

Deep fringe TV antenna reception can extend out to 70 miles or more if conditions are right. Sometimes additional antenna height or a tower may be called for in extreme conditions. A rotator is indicated if the transmitters lie in different directions, as they might be if the viewer was able to receive signals from more than one city.
