We will send certified technicians to your home or office and remove the item(s) and deliver it to a certified recycling location. If you have a larger TV that requires 2 people to move, please let us know so we can accommodate those needs. If you are recycling a computer or any product with a hard drive/memory device. It is your responsibility to make sure that you have removed all personal data including but not limited to financial data, passwords, user names, photos, documents, etc. Will not be responsible for any data destruction on these devices.
