Believe us, those "strip"-type antennas we tried from Radio Shack, the ones from Terk that fasten underneath your over-hang, and the type that you set on top your TV... DON'T WORK! None of them can pick up the channels that this model can.

Gone are the days of a family member sitting in front of the television and you on the roof with them on the phone trying to adjust it to get the right signal.  The DB4 antenna can receive your local stations up to 55 miles away without the fine tuning most people are used to with normal antennas.
