I have no idea how or what I did to my Dell Latitude PC but it stopped working.  This service was just what I needed since I was very hesitant about disconnecting all of the wires that are plugged into the back of my PC.  I first called Best Buy but they thought it would take at least 4-5 days before they could send someone to my house, or I could take it to the store and it takes 3-4 days.  I found this company and was very impressed that they could come and fix my PC tomorrow.  The PC fixer guy was named James and he was very courteous and explained most of the things that he did.  Low and behold everything worked after about 1.5 hours of work.  James took the time to let me browse around and verify that I could use all of the software that I use every day on my photos and e-mail.  I would give them a 10 out of 10 if I could.

Just wanted to thank you for such prompt service on the delivery of the Winegard 8200u. I have to tell you it is an outstanding antenna. We live about 20 miles east of Cleveland and were picking up about 17 channels, in which a few were gliching in various degrees. After replacing our old rooftop antenna with this one, we are now receiving over 30 channels without any gliches. Cancelled the cable service and are now watching free over the air TV. Once again..great service and great antenna! It was worth the money.

After having dealt with three previous failed antennas, I was just about to give up but came across this site, called, and explained my dilemma to someone named Chip. He was able to address all of my concerns and was not condescending at all about the seemingly obvious questions I asked, which is a rarity these days because you sort of expect the drop in the voice and the roll of the eyes after asking an obvious question! Thanks to his advice and recommendation, my new Channel Master outdoor antenna is working like a dream, and all channels are coming in with absolutely no interruptions at all.

I also spoke with Jeff, the owner of the site, after I made the order because I had yet another question, and he was just as friendly, courteous and knowledgeable as Chip.

Good customer service is hard to find these days and excellent customer service is even harder, but I have to say I am extremely impressed with the quality of service I have received. I replaced the old coax with triple shielded on both my runs and reduced the cable length by 40 feet on my main setup, I had no idea that it was so long, and about 15 feet on the other. I raised the antenna to 20 feet, and it now has a direct line of sight into the Sacramento valley and the bay area. I also removed the booster as it did not seem to help. I am receiving 3 bay area stations at 79+ miles away and all of the Sacramento, Stockton stations for 30+ channels, a lot better than before. Thanks for all of your help and advise.

     I recently bought your Clearstream 4 Antenna. I've had it about 3 weeks (up that is). At first I still wasn't getting a good picture or many channels. However, a maintainence man here at the mobile home park where I live came back and raised it about 10 inches higher. It is attatched to the former satellite pipe and connected to that co-axial cable. Well---- now I am getting 20 channels. It is rare to have interference and even during thunderstorms I receive the channels. This is a far superior antenna than the one we had on our house years ago and much more attractive. It's not much larger than the dish that was there and probably won't be bothered by ice or snow in the winter. My picture is beautiful. As good as the dish was. I am also hooked up to a Memorex converter. I will probably get a few more channels after the conversion as some of the ones I'm getting now have the digital numbers but nothin on them yet. I was paying over $60 for satellite until February. I couldn't afford that anymore and just wanted you to know (also at the request of your letter) that I am satisfied that I can now watch so many channels without that high monthly bill. You have a very good product and I'm glad I found you on the internet. Thanks.

Jeff from digital antennas helped me through the entire process of picking out the right antenna for my specific location, choosing the right splitter, and how to ground the installation.  Delivery for the items I purchased was prompt and all I had to do was e-mail my questions to Jeff in the evening and the answer would be waiting on e-mail the next day.  I think the guy must work 24/7 but he's doing a great job of providing service to his customers.  I'm getting a great high def picture from the Dallas stations.

My 30 days are up and I am keeping my winegard indoor antenna (SS-3000) I received on 4/10/09. I still get periodic interrupts but they are fewer and shorter in duration. The most trouble some station is still at 50-50 analog-digital until 6/12/09 so I am discounting that.
I like the narrow horizontal design because it fits nicely on shelving above the tv as opposed to the others which have "ears"that require room to extend. As I mentioned this is the 5th one I have tried and the best so far.

Reluctant to order an antenna online ?? Don't be !!!
In surfing the net I decided to give Jeff and his company a try and have been totally satisfied !! I would not hesitate to recommend him and his Digital Antennas above all others . Seldom do you find someone so intent on pleasing his customers and so knowledgeable . He answered my e-mail very quickly in which I requested information regarding the antenna I would need . Against his advice , I installed the really nice C 4 antenna with a large tree directly in the path of the signals ( I already had my mast in that location and had placed it there when the tree was small and not a problem ) . I have gotten great reception and am approx. 60 miles from the transmitters . I was concerned that one of the main channels was not being received well and found that it is operating at 1/2 power .
I can't begin to tell you how pleased I am and how refreshing it has been to find a truly caring , dedicated and honest individual who offers unparalleled customer service with extremely high quality products .

I live about 28 miles from Nashville, Tn and your C4 is absolutely fantastic. One of the individuals stated he would announce it at church. Not everyone wants dish or /direct at $55.00 a month plus. Oh by the way, antenna is propped up on a step stool by the TV. Reception is better than reception from a Dish. Thanks again for your help and if you need any references from this area, be my guest. I just wanted to drop in and tell you that everything is working superbly with my ClearStream 1. The reception is excellent in my loft apartment and I am able to watch more HD channels than I was able to with the 2 other antennas I was struggling with prior to installing this one. Per your suggestion, my wife and I recently ordered the long-range DB8 antenna that is good for rural areas. As you know, we are retired and made the move to our lovely countryside home, which is located about 65 miles outside of busy Minneapolis. Although your product information page promised that it is was "more efficient" and had "higher gain" and you personally claimed it was the "best antenna for rural areas", I knew better than to completely take the word as truth until the antenna was put to use.

So it was... and we were blown away! We did not think this antenna would be capable of picking up as many channels as it does, let alone the amount of HD channels it picks up, in a rural, tree-filled area. This was well worth the investment, and I am glad - and a bit proud and boastful as well - that I took the time to do the research and decided to go with the DB8.

You have been most helpful, and we are grateful that we can enjoy HD without the unnecessary monthly fees!

I got a Winegard SS-3000 SharpShooter Indoor HDTV Antenna from IndoorAntenna.com at their suggestion after my Terk TV5 that I bought at a major electronics store couldn't pick up one of the major network channels. The number of new channels in digital and HD it picked up was impressive, without having to turn the antenna for the majority of the stations. I could not put it near an outside window.

The support and assistance in obtaining it were excellent. I received the shipment very quickly, also.

Hi Jeff, I have been meaning to let you know how pleased we are with the antenna. We live about 25 miles due west of Chicago in an older suburb with lots of tall trees (70'). When I got the antenna, I immediately hooked it up on a short cable and set it on a chair next to the TV, "just to see" what I could get. It pulled in 16 digital channels, crystal clear! We were stunned. Now that we have it mounted on the roof, it pulls in 29 digital stations, and we are very pleased. The local TV antenna "experts" were trying to sell me an 8' high antenna that they would mount on the top of the roof for "only" $375---I'm so glad I didn't get sucked into that one! I have been bragging about it to everyone, I still can't believe how inexpensive and easy it is to get a beautiful free picture.

Hi Jeff, Yes, I know, it has been some time since your response and I do apologize. After reading, searching and contacting you I was in overload and standing still, well almost. I was awakened from that mood by realizing that I have been using some type smart antenna for the last 22 years. You bet your bippy. I live on private property in a 39 foot, fifth wheel, RV with poor reception but it was worth a try. I removed the Wiengard from the roof and from under the huge Sycamore tree and from behind the 300Ft Warehouse and suck it on the fence to try it out. It was and is great, but somewhat less that a 360* antenna. Since regardless of what type I will end up with it will fit on the 17 ft. pole I will erect. I have been moving around to see between two steel buildings and I am not totally happy BUT do believe it will work better 17 ft up rather that hung on a 5 ft chain link fence. Most of the channels here come in clear and sharp, should have thought of this shortly after I set up here. Hope I do not need to change and I do thank you much for taking time to talk to this guy and waking me up again. It is great to once again be helpful, at least to myself.

Just installed the DB8 today on my dish HD box. Tried a couple of other high priced HDTV antenna from circuit city but was very disappointed. Hooked it (the DB8) up and I was amazed at how all my local high def channels came in clearly.

I just wanted to let you know that I received the DB4 antenna, and that I have installed it and am enjoying the great reception! What a great accessory to add to my HDTV! I am very happy with the beautiful pictures I can now receive in High-Definition thanks to your excellent antenna!

My old antenna was a set-top rabbit ears model with a built-in amplifier. A few years ago after I finished my basement and put the television down there, I moved the rabbit ears up into the attic, and the reception was pretty good most of the time. I do live in an area with strong broadcast signals.

Then after getting my tax refund this past spring, I upgraded to a wide-screen HDTV. I was able to receive some High-Def stations pretty well, but others were spotty. So I went on the internet looking for antennas. I found your site, and found other sites that gave your antennas great reviews. One site said that your DB2 was "flawless." I ordered the larger model DB4 thinking that I could install it in the attic initially, and if the reception was good enough, I would not have to install it outside on the roof. But now, reception is so good, that I am not going to bother moving it out on the roof (which I must confess is a relief to me as I was not looking forward to that task). I can receive more channels, and the high-def channels are consistently clear and strong. I get stronger signals from channel 10 up to channel 69. I live near Providence, RI, and I can get Boston UHF channels clearly.

Just wanted to let you know that the SR15 did the trick. Replacing my VHF/UHF unit with it bumped up the signal strength on all the digital local channels about 5-8 points. One channel was still experiencing drop-outs, but re-aiming the SR15 slightly fixed that. Great performance for being 22 miles from the transmitting antennas, with the SR15 mounted only about 9' off the ground!

My DB4 arrived with no problems and in short order I assembled it and the J Mount. In just testing it, a great picture for a station 30+ miles away came in strong and clear. The DB4 is a great antenna and very simple to assemble.

I ordered a V21 and PA17 and installed it as a replacement for a Terk antenna after calling your number for advice. I cannot tell you how happy I am.

I had a strange problem in that the VHF channels - 10 (digital on 9) in particular would not work.

The new setup worked without a hitch. The aiming directions from antennaweb.org were dead on. I mounted and aimed it in 10 minutes.

The DB4 is a fantastic antenna. We recently purchased an HDTV and have Dish HD service. The Dish receivers offer the option of hooking up an external antenna to receive over the air (OTA) broadcasts. For aesthetic reasons we didn't want to install an exterior antenna, so we tried various antennas in the garage attic. The DB4 is the only one that yielded consistently good reception on all OTA channels.

After talking to you over the phone and exploring all my options for a HDTV antenna. You suggested the DB8, WOW I received the antenna on Monday afternoon. I assembled it per your directions, which by the way were excellent! After putting the antenna together, I thought why not just for fun hook it up, inside the house? To my surprise I couldn't believe my eyes, I went from 3 channels to 14! All I did was to place it by a window and reset my dish network 921 receiver. I hope you remember that I live in the woods. Just by setting this antenna by a window, I received all the Detroit stations that are 38 miles away, but also 2 Lansing channels that are 48 miles away, without moving the antenna.

As soon as it gets above freezing I will mount the antenna above our roof line which will be 40 feet above where it is now. This is an outstanding product, as well as your knowledge, courtesy, and your professorial manner. I will highly recommend your company and yourself to all my friends, especially the ones that are making the move to HDTV.

I have not experienced any drop outs or disturbance in reception since the day I installed it. Worth every penny. Now all local digital and HD transmission's come in perfectly, even under poor weather conditions. You recommended the DB4 but I chose the DB8 just to be on the safe side due to distance. I thought you'd like to know that your advice was right on. I ordered the DB4 and installed it in a matter of minutes. What a difference! I'm now able to get all the local channels that are broadcasting HD, truly making my investment in HD worthwhile. DirectTV and their installer should be installing your products. They were completely unhelpful, claiming I could get local channels but then they were completely unable to deliver. They did not hesitate to take my money, however. The only value they provided me was installing an antenna mast and running the cable. When the installer told me there was nothing that could be done, I simply turned to the Internet, did a search on "HD off air antenna" and found your site. I'm glad I did.

I received the antennas I ordered very quickly. The SR-15 seemed to do the trick. I'm now getting strong signals from all the stations on the tower close to my house. The difference between the SR-15 and the Radio Shack one I was using is amazing. I also ordered the DB-2 -- it also worked well, though the (directional) SR-15 was appreciably better for some stations.

I bought & installed your XG42 antenna yesterday & I must say that after an involved up & down the ladder adjustment, it works as advertised. I am in total awe of the HDTV picture your antenna provides. I am about 25 miles from local broadcasts & with a 35 foot tree directly in it's path (about 50 ft. away) it performs perfectly. I would highly recommend this HDTV antenna to anyone who needs one. Why pay Direct TV hundreds of dollars plus a monthly charge for HDTV!

Just to let you know, I purchased the DB4 and installed it on my roof utilizing the bathroom vent pipe! I placed a 2" scheduled 40 PVC on the vent with some PVC cement, worked great. Also the reception is absolutely amazing! The super bowl was so clear it was like being on the field. The Sony Grand Wega 50" screen is absolutely incredible.

The XG42 worked excellently in a solution to properly receive the local FOX affiliate in a difficult location that is partially obstructed. This required 15' mast as well as careful pointing, but the difference compared to the cm4221 antenna it replaced was evident even before tweaking the details.

My installer was back today to switch me back to a horizontal FM antenna. MUCH better directivity! He was curious about the 42XG and did a test comparing it to a ChannelMaster 8 bay bow tie screen type antenna. The 42XG was better by as much as 2.5 db. I did not expect this compact Yagi to match the screen antenna but it appears it does.

I recently purchased a DB4 Bow-Tie multi-directional UHF antenna exclusively for local HDTV programming reception. I used this new antenna in place of a new VHF/UHF combination antenna located on my house roof (25 ft above ground level). I received it last week, but was procrastinating to put it up on the roof. I finally broke down and installed the DB4 this weekend because I was experiencing unexpected reception problems (couldn't maintain a lock on the channel) on the local FOX channel (station 9.1). Wow, what a difference in signal strength. I live in a northern suburb of St. Paul, Minnesota. The local TV broadcast antenna towers are also in a northern suburb called Shoreview. I am about 5-6 miles east-southeast from the towers. I spoke to a customer service rep on the phone about my location prior to purchasing the DB4. I told him that I had to point my old combination antenna away from the transmission towers in order to not overload my HDTV receiver. Well I installed the new DB4 on the roof and aimed it directly at the towers (I can see the towers through the neighbors trees). I checked my digital signal strength using the diagnostic mode feature on my HTDV menu options. I left it aligned at that angle since I got good results. Here are some of the results / differences. Old VHF/UHF Antenna: channel 4.1 (CBS) (always was good) signal strength=95 to 98 channel 5.1 (ABC) signal strength=87 to 92 channel 9.1 (FOX) signal strength=78 to 89 Channel 11.1 (NBC) signal strength=87 to 92 channels 17.1-17.5 (local weather & public TV) signal strength=78 to 89 channel 23.1 (WTBS) signal strength=67 to 81 channel 45.1 signal strength=78 to 87 New DB4 Antenna: channel 4.1 (CBS) (always was good) signal strength=95 to 98 (mostly 98) channel 5.1 (ABC) signal strength=95 to 98 channel 9.1 (FOX) signal strength=92 to 95 Channel 11.1 (NBC) signal strength=92 to 98 channels 17.1-17.5 (local weather & public TV) signal strength=95 to 98 channel 23.1 (WTBS) signal strength=78 to 87 channel 45.1 signal strength=95 to 98 As you see by the results, the signal strength is uniformly stronger across the bandwidth. I would also have to say that I was experiencing multi-path reflections and poor signal quality (interference) from the VHF/UHF combination antenna. I gave you this detailed information in case you want to use it as an example for someone else in my area, should they call you to inquire about an antenna

Definitely a good investment.
