Sorry for getting a little technical here...there's no outrageous hoops here to jump through. Pretty simple, try ANY of these antennas I have here on my site for 30 days and...

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your antenna within 30 days from the purchase date to the address below for a full refund. Please note that the item price and taxes (if any) will be refunded. Shipping will not be refunded unless an error occurred on my part or the merchandise is deemed defective.

Returns will not be accepted if any of the following conditions apply:

1. The product is missing parts or has been damaged due to improper use or installation.
2. The product is not returned with all hardware, manuals, and accessories.
3. The product has been damaged or modified from its original form in a manner not consistent with typical use.
4. No refunds will be given after thirty (30) days from date of invoice. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization (RA#) number.
5. All returns must be in their original unaltered packaging. Please DO NOT write on the packaging.

Return Procedure

Please contact me about items you would like to return. Include your name, order number and approximate date of purchase so I can get back to you quicker with info on RA# and return shipping address.. You will be emailed detailed instructions to follow. Please note that shipping costs will be refunded only if the return is a result of a shipping error on our part.

Returns sent to any other address will not be accepted!
