1. We are very satisfied with the ChannelMaster 4228HD

   I did a lot of research before I purchased and I know I found the right antenna! We live between two major TV markets. We can pickup all the stations that are located 52 miles away off the front of the antenna (full strength) and most of the stations that are 37 miles away off the back side of the antenna. That's a total of 19 stations (obviously some overlap of networks). This is with the antenna mounted about 20 feet high on the side of the garage, 150 feet of cable to an amplifier splitter serving 4 TVs (3 with converter boxes). We are now saving $75/month by cancelling DirecTV.

   Jeff was right-This antennae was best for my area-Got all the stations I wanted and more-I am more than satisfied.

   It seems that I'm not the only satisfied customer! Like others have said before me, this item was out of stock when I wanted it, so I had to wait. I'll admit that I wasn't as patient and actually emailed for a refund. Jeff responded and assured me that the item would be in stock again very soon and that I would be happy with this antenna.
   
   So, as much as I didn't want to, I waited, and I'm happy to report that I'm *extremely* satisfied with this antenna. It picks up more channels than my old antenna could plus the ones in HD and with perfect picture clarity. Plus, the installation was as easy as the information above described.
   
   I'm sold. I highly recommend this antenna to everyone, and kudos to Jeff for helping me out!

4. Excellent antenna!

   This purchase was made to replace an older Terk vhf/uhf combo antenna because it simply was not doing its job. It picked up several channels, but only about 3 of them would come in clearly. I visited my local Best Buy, and no one there really knew much about antennas - despite them trying to act like they did by telling me what I already read on the box.
   
   After doing a quick search on the 'net, I stumbled upon this site. I called and was helped out by an extremely helpful and knowledgeable guy. The downside, however, was that he recommended this antenna, which at the time was backordered, so it would take longer to get in my hands. I didn't want to wait any longer, but I couldn't bring myself to say no either because I was sold on the product.
   
   Fast forward a few weeks. I finally got my antenna and decided to mount it in my attic. It not only worked, but it worked very well, picking up all the channels the Terk picked up plus another 18 or so channels all with perfect picture clarity and no signal interruptions. Even better, I get to enjoy TV in HD without having to pay extra.

5. I looked everywhere!

   I decided to purchase a Channel Master 4228HD on the advice of a friend who was using one for his home. I looked everywhere and to my dismay, they were sold out. It was out of stock on this site as well. I almost bought another antenna that was twice the price but chose to wait it out instead. Plus, this site had the best price for it and no shipping fee, too!
   
   I phoned in my order and was helped out by Jeff, who was very friendly and professional. The guy is loaded with information... he really knew his stuff! He also assured me that I could call him if I ran into any problems, which I didn't because the installation was very easy. Unpack, unfold, place on TV stand. THAT easy.
   
   Needless to say, I am very satisfied with this product and glad I had the patience to wait on it.
   
   Product = 5 stars
   Service = 5 stars
   Would I recommend this to a friend? YES!
   

6. I almost asked for a refund...but I am glad I waited.

   It took a little over a week to get it and I was a little worried, but Jeff always answered my calls or called back and assured me that I had made a smart choice. Boy was he right! It took me less than a half hour to set it up and have over 11 chanels with a picture so clear you would swear you could reach into the screen and take part in the action (scarry with horror,lol).
   
   Really, it is that good, just can not say enough about the company or the antenna! 5 Stars for both!

7. Well worth the wait!

   Initially, I was a bit disappointed to learn that this antenna was backordered here because it was out of stock elsewhere. I decided to wait and to buy from Jeff because he was very helpful. Not only did he have the best price, but he also assured me that I could call him if I ran into any trouble.
   
   Now, I'm not a handy guy at all, and I always seem to fumble up any installation - even when the box says it's "INCREDIBLY EASY TO INSTALL". The fact that Jeff said he would help me was a big selling point for me, but I didn't even need help. This had to be the easiest thing to install ever... if an accident-prone guy like me could do it, anyone can. It came pre-assembled, so all I had to do was mount it and hook it up to the back of the TV.
   
   The reception is excellent, and I am getting more than 15 channels in HD. I am glad I didn't change my mind because it was well worth the wait!
