We purchased this service for my elderly mother along with a new 47" flat screen television for her birthday. She said that the technician (John, I think) was knowledgeable, polite, and professional. She requested him specifically for future work to be done. She was very impressed. He spent a lot of time walking her through how to use her new equipment, remotes, etc. and even wrote everything down for her in case she forgets. Thanks for the great work and helping bring a little old lady into the 21st Century!
