1. Very Professional

   The young man that was here was EXCELLENT. The install went very well. He was polite, fast, and made sure to label everything for me for future reference. I would definitely recommend Mark (our installer) to anyone who needs their tv and components set up.

2. 2 TV Hangs + Jack installation

   Duane and his partner were very good. Very professional. After he ran the coax outside of our home, he painted the stucco that had to be chipped away in order to do the relocation. The televisions both look great and they did a wonderful job. We are very happy with the service.

3. Caring to the elderly

   Our new thin TV looks great but the most important thing is that Brandon was very kind, slow and understanding. He patiently listened to us elderly folks and he got us trained to use it. Very pleased all around.

   I bought my TV as a so called "Open Box" special from Best Buy. I did have hesitations and I should have listened to my gut. I bought the installation service from this company since my neighbor raved about the job they did for his living room theater. The installer got everything mounted and guess what, the so called "Open Box" powered up with a huge dead area across the middle. I was so bummed since this was going to be a hassle and I didn't get to see the great picture that night. The installer took the TV down and packed it back up for me. I promptly ran back to Best Buy and they gave me another TV and even charged me the difference between the Open box and the new TV. I thought they would have atleast gave me a new TV for the hassle, go figure. I do not normally write reviews but I had too since you sent the installer back out to rehang the TV and they charged my nothing extra. This is a display of GREAT customer service and they didn;t even get the big money from the purchase of the TV. Best Buy should take a lesson from these guys......
   

5. Love my new tv!

   Our tech Angelo just finished up here with his work - attention to detail - professionalism, knowledge was absolutely astounding!! He's amazing -- not even in the same LEAGUE as the former company we attempted to use. Thank you sooo much for having him over and having him take care of us. We are ecstatic.
